About Us

About Us

The mission of the BEA is to foster a partnership between business and education and to assist students to prepare for the world of work.

The Genesee County BEA is a true partnership between business and education in the Genesee Region. As part of the Genesee Valley Educational Partnership, the BEA is housed at the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce and is supported by schools, businesses and county government.

Because of the BEA, business has a better understanding of the needs of the schools and schools have a better understanding of the growing needs of local business. The better prepared our young people are for the world of work, the stronger our local workforce will be.
